Pt'chang is an all-volunteer, not for profit community group dedicated to
Community Safety. Our activities include:
- Providing training, resources and support to other groups and to
individuals;
- Providing trained groups of nonviolent peacekeepers on invitation
to help create safety at community events;
- Providing Legal Observers for events where peoples' legal rights
may be at risk.
